Today's workout - 20 June

- 5 minutes warmup (Quick walk on treadmill)
 It is important to activate your upped body, make sure you move your arms as if you were swimming.

- Romanian Dead lifts
 1 set warmup (20 kg, 15 reps)
3 working sets (40 kg, 15 reps each)

- Clean and jerk
4 workingsets (20 kg, 10 reps)

- Leg curl on ball
4 working sets x 15 reps

- Pull ups with resistance band (Because I'm not yet strong enough to do it myself)
4 working sets x AMRAP (Usually 10-8-5- 5)

- A little bit of boxing on the bag and high air kicks.

- 3 x 1 min Burpees (Goal 25 burpees/minute, reached 22)

- Stretch!!!
