Post Midsummer workout:




What do you do when you've consumed far too much during the weekend? 

Either you go around dwelling over it, or you decide to take charge and do it.

So I had about 70 minutes after driving my friends to the train station , before the evening mass.

I managed to squeeze in:
- 5 min bike
- 4 x 12 reps squats
- 4 x 15 reps leg press
- 3 x 12 reps leg extensions
- 3 x 15: four exercises 
Lunges, Laying side kicks, Donkey kicks and Peeing dog. 

And a little bit of stretch. That's all for today!!
