MONDAY
SHOULDERS and BACK

- 10 min HIT intervals on treadmill

-Bent over row (narrow and wide grip) 
total of 6 sets x 15 reps

-Lateral pulldown 4 sets x 12 reps
-Seated Row 4 sets x 12 reps
-Wide Grip seated Row 4 sets x 12 reps 
-Bench press 4 sets x 12 reps
-Shoulder press 4 sets x 12 reps 
-Upright row 3 sets x 12 reps








TUESDAY
CARDIO and EXPLOSIVITY


45 minutes of Les Mills painful high intensity training.

This is a class that has grown on me. A class that I was afraid of and didn't think I could actually go to on a regular basis.

It has become a part of my weekly routine.

I love the fact that you get that extra push from the instructor and that the progress is noticeable from week to week.
I don't think it ever becomes easy, but it's definitely easier.
