Week 1- First week of eight

WEEK 1



Day 1 - Monday
Started off just walking for about 45 min on the treadmill. 
Incline 30, speed 5 km/hr

Day 2 - Tuseday
10 min Bike
30 min HiiT class at Nordic Wellness Ullevi 
Followed by gym session focused on legs and core. 

Day 3 - Wednesday 
Gym session focused on upper body, back, biceps and triceps


Day 4 - Thursday 
Cardio day basically 60 minutes of various cardio machines and a little body strength in between.

Day 5 - Friday
Resting day!!

Day 6 - Saturday 
Shoulders, rear delts,  biceps and triceps (note that these are different excersizes than day 3) 

Day 7 - Sunday 
Favorite day - LEGDAY BABY!!!
Hip thrusters, dead lifts and more!
