DIET?!
Never ever ever ever ever...
I don't believe in extreme dieting and gaining results through starvation.
Of course you can always reconsider what you are putting in your body.
Basically you should avoid..
SODA
CHIPS
Processed foods
Sugar dence food
Alcohol (yeah right..)
Fried food
Fast food - what else would you add to this list?
But we all know and feel like everything good is bad for you.
I know one thing for sure. Moderation is the key.
The biggest mistake ever is to have cheat days, because what do you usually do? You overeat. You behave like you have been starving and that you deserve to have whatever is on your mind. Damaging all the actual progress you have made so far during the past week or so.
Instead you should reward yourself once or twice a week with something you actually like.
For example last week I had a burger one day, and during the weekend I had a piece of cake!
And you know what, there is no shame in that.
Every day after lunch I grab myself one square of Lindt dark chocolate. Why? Because our brains and bodies were not made to function in starvation. We need carbs. Carbs are the essential fuels that keep our brain going.
I repeat chose what you eat wisely and you will notice that you can have anything you want, BUT!!! In moderation and not all at the same time.
