Another shot..
Consistency is the key. I guess I've lost the key?!
Anyway you guys, it was good to have a summer-break that seemed to end too fast.
As for the rest of my summer, I ended up doing a lot of "first's".
I went to my first music (EMD) festival (Summerburst in Gothenburg), I did bartending gigs at a couple of festivals ( Lollapalooza, All that love the 90's and Way Out West).
I went all in with the festival make up and looks.
Somehow I managed to stay on track and do about 3-5 workouts per week. But then the fall came, and everything became so boring. What do you do when you catch a cold and stay sick for 2 weeks, then leave to France for 8 days? Sometime's life feels to stressful to actually make time for workouts.
I have to admit, I have been lazier than before. But a 9 to 5 job is not to joke with.
I thought I was going to have plenty of time over to do a lot of things (compared to university), but NO!! It is the complete opposite. Luckily I am very happy with my job, and the days fly by.
But mainly my weeks look like this.
MONDAY: Work until 5, gym until 7, home by 7.30-8, food followed by shower and Netflix.
TUESDAY: Pretty much the same.
WEDNESDAY: Hmm maybe I should skip gym? No I can't because I have a hockey game tomorrow and Friday well, I'd rather go for a happy hour.
THURSDAY: Work until 4.30, Work number 2 until 10 pm, ZZzzzzz
FRIDAY: Wait whats?! Already?! Cool, dinner and drinks after work!!!
SATURDAY: Well most probably bartending gig, if not then a workout and something cosy with friends and family.
SUNDAY: Sorry, it's a family day. With family day I mean going to Holy Mass, meeting with my Lebanese friends (Who are basically family) and just doing something chill. Who said UNO is not fun?
Living the good-life made me gain a couple of kilos. Therefor I will be starting a 8 week program starting from today.
No soda, No alcohol, less carbs, healthier eating, earlier dinners and well-planned snacks in-between meals. AND of course I should get to bed a bit earlier and drink at least 2 liters of water!
I also have a 5 day workout plan that I will be following during those 8 weeks.
I'll be updating you with my progress.
